Job Overview

The primary responsibility for our Deli/Bakery team members is to craft high-quality products that delight customers. This role involves direct interaction at the service counter, restocking merchandise onto the sales floor, and maintaining stringent cleanliness and food safety protocols to ensure team success.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $30, guaranteeing at least the local minimum wage.
• Additional rewards include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premium pay may be granted between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour based on factors like shift timing, location, season, or specific job duties; multiple premiums can apply concurrently if criteria are satisfied.
• Work shifts available include mid-shift and closing shifts.
