Job Overview

The All Inclusive Collection Properties is recruiting an experienced and organized Butler to lead and support the butler team, ensuring personalized, exemplary guest services aligned with high luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the butler team activities to provide consistent service.
• Guarantee flawless and outstanding guest service experiences.
• Provide mentorship and training to butlers in service excellence and client preferences.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest service coordination.
• Maintain detailed service logs and deliver reports on team performance and guest feedback.

Qualifications and Compliance

• Commit to sustainable operations by enhancing resource efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives aligned with the hotel’s ESG and CSR policies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, health and safety, company, ISO, and industry regulations, regularly updating operational procedures as required.
• Oversee food safety and hygiene standards across all departments, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and preparation practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-specific training is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a senior butler or in supervisory roles within hospitality.
• Excellent leadership capability and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to delivering luxury service.
