Role Overview
We seek an experienced and proactive Business Process Analyst who approaches business improvements with energy, curiosity, and practical thinking. You will help drive smarter and more efficient workflows across Gallagher Security's global business unit by identifying enhancement opportunities, clarifying complex challenges, and translating business needs into actionable, technology-enabled solutions delivering real impact.
Working alongside stakeholders worldwide, project managers, and development teams, you will contribute significantly to refining processes that promote growth, enhance customer outcomes, and ensure operational excellence. Your role involves clear process insight, thorough documentation, and careful analysis that supports better decision-making and facilitates organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to improve, automate, and optimize business processes both locally and globally.
- Take ownership of process discovery efforts, adding structure, momentum, and clarity to ambiguous challenges.
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document pain points, requirements, process flows, objectives, and value-adding opportunities.
- Serve as a communication bridge between business users, project managers, and development teams; translate technical concepts for diverse audiences to align and mobilize cross-functional teams towards action.
- Assist in project planning, monitor progress, generate reports, assess risks, and facilitate issue resolution.
- Interpret data and business insights to provide actionable recommendations that enable smoother change and measurable business benefits.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- A positive, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude towards complex challenges.
- Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable working independently and sustaining progress amid change and growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with aptitude for engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience in project support or coordination, preferably linked to business transformation or technology-powered change initiatives.
- Well-developed ability to document requirements, processes, and decisions clearly and precisely.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio or equivalents, and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is beneficial.
