Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations & Business Manager to play a pivotal role in streamlining our operational processes, enhancing business performance, and supporting sustainable growth. Reporting directly to management, the successful candidate will oversee day-to-day activities and foster collaboration between tailoring, design, and sales teams to ensure the premium MrRex customer experience is maintained.

Primary Duties

• Manage and supervise daily company operations.
• Handle inventory control, purchasing, and vendor relations.
• Oversee customer order management and production schedules.
• Facilitate seamless workflows among tailoring, design, and sales departments.
• Lead improvements in operational procedures and implement efficient systems.
• Contribute to business planning and allocation of resources.
• Track key performance indicators and provide detailed operational reports.
• Assist with budgeting, cost management, and operational strategy.
• Organize staff schedules and manage operational priorities effectively.
• Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service and uphold quality standards.
• Experience within fashion, retail, or luxury customer service sectors is highly valued.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated expertise in organizational and operational management.
• Proven ability to coordinate workflows and enhance business processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Analytical thinker experienced with spreadsheets and productivity tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with high attention to detail.
• Prior work experience in retail, fashion, luxury goods, hospitality, or service industries is advantageous.
• Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• Fluency in Albanian and proficient English language skills.
