Porsche India invites applications for the position of Business Operations Associate within the Dealer Network Development team. This role is uniquely oriented towards professionals passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights and crafting compelling narratives that influence strategic decisions. It emphasizes proficiency in data analytics, executive-level presentation creation, and the use of AI as a productivity enhancer. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and identify potential industry opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market mapping and benchmarking exercises.
• Assist in evaluating dealer profitability through detailed data collection and analysis.
• Play a role in sustainability evaluations and prepare for related audits.
• Generate and consolidate monthly reporting, dashboards, and management review materials.
• Produce executive-level presentations and analytical reports conveying critical business insights for leadership discussions.
• Contribute to strategic projects focused on Dealer Network Development.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Possession of a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Management, or a closely related field.
• Relevant professional experience ranging from 0 to 4 years.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gamma to enhance work efficiency and quality.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including business storytelling and presentation design.
• Adept at data analysis, interpretation, and visualization; knowledge of Power BI dashboard development is essential.
• Preferred experience with SQL, Python programming, and familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
