Role Overview
As a Business Development Specialist based in Melbourne, you will play an integral role in expanding our business by establishing and nurturing new partnerships. Your efforts will encompass both online and offline strategies to advance our brand awareness and support business growth in local markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business collaborations to foster company expansion through diverse promotional methods.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of partnerships including outreach, negotiations, contract finalizations, promotions, and ongoing performance evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with external partners and internal teams to develop and execute business plans tailored to local market demands.
- Engage actively with new clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and meet their objectives effectively.
- Lead the organization of business promotion initiatives locally and monitor operational activities to ensure successful implementation.
- Gather and relay insights on product feedback, market reactions, and customer needs to optimize offerings.
- Maintain an updated and organized record of potential clients using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, CRM software, and Excel spreadsheets.
Eligibility and Requirements
