Job Overview
The role focuses on identifying and onboarding high-quality advisors, partners, and distributors to promote and sell life insurance products. You'll collaborate closely with distributors to boost business growth and meet monthly sales targets. Superior performance by exceeding goals leads to higher incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential advisors, partners, and distributors to expand the sales network for life insurance products.
- Drive business growth through distributor collaboration and management.
- Participate actively in seminars and roadshows to generate new business and recruitment leads.
- Conduct weekly recruitment activities to strengthen the distribution base.
- Make a minimum of 3 to 4 calls daily independently or alongside partners to foster growth.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges between 35000 and 80000 INR based on performance and incentives.
