We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion within the automotive market across Ireland. This role involves collaborating with prestigious automotive manufacturers, dealership groups, and influential industry players to build enduring partnerships and drive revenue growth in a thriving and competitive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the acquisition of new clients and growth opportunities within the automotive sector across Ireland.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), dealer groups, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify potential clients and convert prospects through strategic networking and account management.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, overseeing progress from initial inquiries to finalized contracts.
  • Conduct compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and trial programs to showcase offerings.
  • Develop customized commercial proposals supporting expansion of national accounts.
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to guarantee outstanding customer service and project execution.
  • Accurately update sales forecasts, maintain CRM data, and prepare business reports.
  • Represent Liquidline at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to enhance brand presence.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrable success in business development, account management, or B2B sales environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in generating leads and managing comprehensive sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • A commercial mindset with aptitude for recognizing opportunities and driving business growth.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at balancing multiple priorities independently.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach focused on achieving targets.
  • Previous experience within the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Valid driving license and readiness to travel extensively within Ireland.
