About the Role
Nuqtah Business Solutions is seeking a Business Development & Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive for one of our clients. This position combines executive assistance with business development and relationship management duties and requires a highly organized, professional individual who is proactive and comfortable with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage executive schedules, meetings, appointments, and priorities.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including bookings and accommodations.
- Support business development efforts by handling client communication and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing meetings, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver high-level administrative and personal support to the senior executive.
- Travel regularly as required by the role.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
- Highly organized and professional approach with proactive mindset.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
