Crystal View Capital / Osprey Management is a private equity real estate platform with a vertically integrated model focused on acquiring and operating value-add manufactured housing and self-storage properties. Founded in 2014, the firm has secured more than $300 million in equity and oversees over $600 million in assets. Its internal management group is a major part of the business, combining property management and service delivery to streamline daily operations. The organization includes more than 50 corporate professionals supporting the management of 120+ assets, along with 150+ property-level staff across its locations.
Role overview
This opening is for a motivated, detail-focused Business Analyst who is early in their career and eager to grow inside a fast-moving private equity environment. In this role, you will partner closely with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to contribute to reporting, data analysis, and operational support across the portfolio.
Work location
This role is based in Las Vegas and must be performed in office. The employer is not offering remote work or relocation support for this position.
Compensation and benefits
The starting pay is $25 to $30 per hour. The package also includes a 401(k) plan, a monthly medical benefit stipend of $525, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, hospital and critical illness benefits, pet insurance, holiday pay, paid time off, a work-life balance focus, and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Gather market intelligence, property comparison data, and due diligence materials to assist the acquisitions team.
- Help maintain and develop portfolio dashboards in Excel and Power BI for functions such as marketing, investor relations, and operations, with performance tracking across manufactured housing and self-storage assets.
- Support senior colleagues in creating internal reports and investor-facing updates.
- Assist with documenting operational workflows and handle data entry and record maintenance for asset management activities.
- Work with colleagues across acquisitions, finance, and property management on routine assignments and special projects.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical and quantitative ability, with careful attention to detail.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Fabric.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively in a team setting.
- Academic or internship experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic SQL or database knowledge is desirable.
- Understanding of core real estate metrics such as cap rates, NOI, and occupancy analysis is helpful.
- Experience with CRM systems or property management software is beneficial.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for research, writing, or data cleanup is an advantage.
- Exposure to automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or Power Automate is a plus.
- Candidates must already have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time they apply and throughout employment.
