Business Analyst

Role Overview

We seek a highly adaptable Business Analyst with extensive experience in Financial Services to contribute to multiple teams within a global Commercial Cards Re-platforming initiative. The position involves collaborative interaction with business, product, operations, and technology groups to define precise requirements and aid in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, examine, and accurately document business needs.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct sessions to gather requirements.
• Create business requirements documentation, user stories, workflows, and identify process gaps.
• Support discussions on solution designs and drive enhancements in business processes.
• Assist in testing phases, implementations, and deployment activities.
• Oversee requirement traceability and manage modifications to requirements.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across business, technical, and operational domains.

Required Experience and Skills

• 7 to 11 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services sector.
• In-depth understanding of Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, or Transaction Banking.
• Proven track record in transformation and digital modernization projects.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with effective stakeholder management.
• Experience operating within Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience related to Commercial Cards.
• Knowledge of the payments industry domain.
• Familiarity with global banking program implementations.
