Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar discipline is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with hands-on exposure to agile projects.
• Background in both development and maintenance projects, including user acceptance testing and quality assurance activities.
• Ability to use requirements tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence effectively.
• Project management certification such as PMP is helpful, and practical project coordination experience is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with outsourced vendors and monitoring their deliverables is preferred.
