Job Overview
We are seeking a Brand/Visual Designer located in Ireland to take charge of crafting and enhancing the visual identity of a fast-expanding company. This role involves leading the creative vision that shapes how the brand is recognized by enterprise clients and industry leaders across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the company’s brand identity consistently across both digital and physical mediums, ensuring high standards of visual quality.
- Lead creative efforts for various deliverables including websites, landing pages, promotional campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations, social media assets, and other brand initiatives.
- Design immersive event experiences such as conference materials, exhibition booths, activations, and other offline branding elements.
- Create scalable design systems, templates, and frameworks enabling efficient production of high-quality assets across teams.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales departments to transform positioning and messaging into compelling visual stories.
- Critically evaluate creative briefs and bring strategic insights to elevate outcomes.
- Manage design projects from conception through completion, balancing speed, quality, and business goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in design, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS enterprises, creative agencies, or analogous sectors.
- A strong portfolio showcasing competence in brand identity, web design, print media, event visuals, and broader visual branding efforts.
- Proven experience in establishing and evolving brand systems beyond merely following existing guidelines.
- Ability to articulate a clear creative perspective and confidently present design decisions to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of B2B branding nuances, audience perception, and crafting business-oriented visual narratives.
- Capacity to switch fluidly between strategic planning and detailed execution without sacrificing quality.
- Expert ability with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Webflow or similar web design tools is advantageous.
- A proactive, high-ownership attitude enabling independent work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales.

- Competitive salary package ranging from $100,000 to $160,000 USD per year.
