Branch Manager

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will spearhead both business growth and daily operational functions of the center. This leadership position involves driving enrollment strategies, managing academic standards, overseeing staff performance, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to increase B2C and B2B enrollments by formulating and executing regional marketing campaigns and organizing seminars at schools and corporate venues.
• Manage the center's daily activities, ensuring that class schedules are followed efficiently and teaching quality remains high.
• Provide guidance and supervision to faculty and administrative personnel, including performing performance assessments and fostering a constructive work environment.
• Handle comprehensive student engagement processes such as counseling, admission management, conducting Parent-Teacher Meetings, and resolving grievances.
