  • Advise the accounting team when clients provide information inefficiently or incorrectly.
  • Keep current on wage criteria updates and changes across various Awards applicable to clients.
  • Ensure timely reporting and follow up of superannuation payments, including issuing Superannuation Guarantee Charge (SGC) statements when payments are late.
  • Take responsibility for generating individual work/job reports.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to client systems and processes.
  • Maintain weekly utilisation tracking and communicate proactively with managers if under- or over-utilised.
  • Focus on improving system efficiencies and adhering to company policies and procedures, making recommendations for necessary changes.
