This opening is for a Biology PhD Expert on a contract basis. The work is remote and compensates between $80 and $150 per hour.
What You’ll Do
- Assess the scientific strength and technical accuracy of work spanning biology, chemistry, and translational research.
- Examine outputs from discovery and applied-science pipelines and judge their quality.
- Share organized, practical feedback that helps raise research rigor and improve deliverables.
- Work alongside other subject matter specialists to keep datasets consistent and relevant.
- Operate independently and on an asynchronous schedule while meeting deadlines and contributing to stronger AI model performance.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Computational Biology, Translational Science, or a closely related discipline.
- A substantive publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in biotech, pharma, or a similar research and development environment.
- Excellent analytical judgment and the ability to communicate scientific feedback clearly.
Preferred Profile
- 4 or more years of industry experience is an advantage.
- Candidates located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Europe are preferred.
