Beauty Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and well-presented female Beauty Advisor to represent a leading beauty brand across various Bangalore locations including Hennur Main Road, Hoskote Main Road, R K Hegde Nagar, Commercial Street, Whitefield, BTM Layout, and Banaswadi. This full-time position involves delivering personalized beauty advice, showcasing makeup and skincare products, and ensuring an outstanding in-store experience that leaves customers inspired and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them in choosing beauty products such as skincare, makeup, and fragrances tailored to their skin types and preferences.
• Provide expert consultations, beauty tips, and hands-on demonstrations covering makeup application and skincare routines.
• Proactively aim to meet and surpass sales targets daily and monthly through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Stay thoroughly knowledgeable about all product ranges, new launches, trends in the beauty industry, and the brand's standards.
• Oversee store functions including stock replenishment, inventory management, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and visual presentation at the sales counter.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business and increase brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum education: Completion of 12th grade, diploma, or graduate degree; possessing a cosmetology, beauty therapy, or makeup artistry certification/diploma is highly beneficial.
• Relevant experience ranges from 6 months up to 3 years in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or customer service roles; fresh candidates with a strong enthusiasm for beauty may also be considered.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with fluency in English and Kannada required; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is advantageous.
• Strong persuasion skills with a customer-centric attitude, complemented by a pleasant personality and professional grooming.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
