Barista

Role overview

We are looking for a motivated Barista to prepare high-quality drinks and deliver excellent service for CH&CO on a permanent full-time basis. The role is contracted at 40 hours per week and is based onsite in Dartford, England, United Kingdom. What the role involves

• Making well-presented beverages and serving food that meets a high standard.
• Keeping the coffee bar and surrounding area tidy and hygienic.
• Handling customer payments, including both cash and card transactions.
• Working positively with the wider team and communicating clearly with others.
• Ensuring cups, plates, and other service items are stocked and ready for use.
• Building knowledge of brewing techniques, drink combinations, food preparation, and presentation.
• Checking brewing machinery for correct operation and reporting any faults or repair needs.
• Acting as a representative of CH&CO and helping maintain a strong and positive brand image.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times.

Working pattern
