Role Details

Key Responsibilities

• Bring the values of Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) into practice by creating delightful products and memorable customer experiences.
• Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all baking stations are clean, well-organized, and ready for audits.
• Lead and support your team by fostering a culture centered on wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievements.
• Maintain a curious mindset, continuously enhancing your baking techniques and leadership abilities.
• Perform effectively under pressure, managing the physical demands and tight deadlines typical in a busy bakery setting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a formal baking qualification or an equivalent certification recognized by the industry.
• Demonstrate previous experience working in a high-paced bakery environment.

Work Schedule

Roster option 1:
Monday through Sunday, from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
