Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Back Office Executive to join our team at Sumeva Delight Private Limited in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves supporting various administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and maintain comprehensive databases of potential clients across B2B, retail, corporate gifting, and event sectors.
- Assist in client outreach through multiple communication channels including phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Manage follow-ups with customers and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee social media activities such as posting and engaging audiences on Facebook and other platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, invoices, payments, and client interactions.
- Provide assistance in invoicing processes and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Support tasks related to product packaging, labeling, preparing orders, and coordinating dispatch activities.
- Handle daily administrative and operational duties as required.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Pune with a monthly salary range between 7000 and 10000 INR.
