Job Overview
We are urgently hiring candidates for a computer operations position in a back office environment located in Bankura Town, West Bengal. The role involves managing and monitoring computer systems, maintaining customer databases, and updating daily operational information.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the functioning of computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep daily operational information updated and monitor computer system activities.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Record and address customer complaints on a daily basis.
- Adhere to and implement security protocols to maintain system and data integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S) pass; graduates and above are also eligible.
Additional Information
- Salary ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 INR per month.
- Working hours are 8 hours a day with Sundays off.
- Location: Bankura Town, West Bengal.
- This is a full in-house back office role.
