B2B Sales Account Manager

Job Overview

The B2B Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and servicing clients within the assigned territory. The role focuses on delivering offerings across Data (including Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud services), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services. Acting as the primary contact for customers on behalf of Airtel, the manager will work to grow Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) through engagement with both existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve targets for installation of Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services.
• Identify and penetrate new accounts to expand customer base across all three product lines.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities among existing and prospective customers to strengthen business.
• Maintain a robust and well-qualified sales funnel covering all service lines, ensuring progressive deal maturity.
• Stay informed about competitors’ strategies and collect market intelligence.
• Monitor competitive customer offerings and plan tailored sales strategies for diverse client segments.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate and close contracts to optimize revenue generation.
• Drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling within current accounts.
• Ensure prompt and effective delivery of solutions aligned with client requirements.

Candidate Profile

A candidate should possess at least a graduate degree and have a minimum of one year of experience in business-to-business field sales.
