About the Organisation
Our client is a prominent Singapore-based non-profit organisation known for its reputable brand, purpose-driven culture, and commitment to people development. In line with ongoing organisational growth and dedication to talent excellence, they are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards expert to collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic total rewards schemes that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the VP of Total Rewards, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the organisation's compensation and benefits frameworks. Your role includes ensuring compensation plans remain competitive, fair, and aligned with business goals. By working closely with HR Business Partners and business heads, you will offer strategic advice on remuneration, manage annual salary and performance review processes, and guide remuneration decisions using market intelligence and data analytics.
You will spearhead the assessment and refinement of compensation structures, policies, and governance practices, while uncovering opportunities to strengthen the rewards philosophy organisation-wide. Furthermore, you will actively support strategic HR projects by collaborating across HR functions to implement innovative people strategies that back organisational transformation and sustainable success.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal individual will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience within Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, demonstrating strong expertise in remuneration strategy, market benchmarking, and governance within a sizeable enterprise. A background in partnering with senior business leaders and influencing compensation through commercial insights and data analytics is highly desired.
This role calls for a strategic, commercially astute HR professional possessing robust analytical skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholders effectively. Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment, you exhibit sound judgment combined with a collaborative style to deliver pragmatic, business-aligned total rewards solutions. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a notable advantage.
