The Associate Recruiter role in the Manufacturing & Quality (M&Q) function is pivotal to supporting one of Lilly's fastest expanding areas. As a key recruitment partner, you will build and strengthen teams responsible for critical manufacturing and scientific efforts that enable Lilly to deliver innovative medicines globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand team dynamics, goals, and success factors.
- Translate organizational strategies into tailored talent acquisition plans aligning with unique business needs.
- Serve as a reliable advisor guiding hiring decisions, managing stakeholder expectations, and navigating recruitment complexities effectively.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of Manufacturing and Quality positions, from role inception to candidate onboarding.
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies beyond conventional postings to attract specialized talent required by M&Q.
- Present well-curated candidate shortlists that reflect a thorough grasp of role specifications.
- Lead negotiation and closing of offers skillfully to secure top candidates.
- Ensure outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Monitor and report critical recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time to fill, and offer acceptance rates.
- Utilize market and competitive intel to refine sourcing approaches and provide insights on talent landscape and compensation.
- Identify recruitment process gaps proactively and collaborate on data-driven improvements.
- Authentically represent Lilly’s mission, values, and employer brand at every recruitment stage.
- Guide hiring teams on best practices to improve hiring quality, including attraction, interviewing, and selection.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and partner with relevant internal teams to resolve barriers swiftly.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years’ experience in recruiting or talent sourcing roles.
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States without Lilly providing visa sponsorship.
- Preferred experience recruiting in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated sectors.
- Highly data-driven with ability to analyze and communicate recruitment metrics effectively.
- Strong business understanding along with curiosity about the functions you support.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior leaders and work independently amid ambiguity.
- Proactive problem solver who provides solutions and fresh ideas.
- Excellent communication skills for compelling outreach and managing complex discussions.
- Team player with a track record of sharing knowledge and supporting collective success.

Compensation ranges from $58,500 to $137,500 annually, dependent on experience, education, and location. Full-time employees may qualify for bonuses and comprehensive benefits including retirement plans, health coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, paid leave, and wellness programs.
