Associate Production Management

Role Overview

This position involves managing and validating data processes within Oracle HCM Cloud systems while coordinating with global and regional HR teams to ensure timely and accurate data execution. The role demands a clear understanding of business and functional requirement documents and requires regular reporting on design, execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret Business and Functional Requirement Documents (BRD and FRD) and participate in peer reviews.
• Prepare regular reports detailing design and execution phases along with defect status updates.
• Update and correct information within Oracle HCM Cloud platforms, ensuring data accuracy and validation throughout workflows.
• Employ established protocols to validate and upload data files in test environments and verify results, coordinating closely with Global HRIS and regional HR Shared Services teams for smooth transitions into production.
• Execute manual data modifications when automated mass load programs are not applicable.
• Engage daily with Business Partners to interpret and incorporate new project requirements.
• Act as a liaison connecting customers across various regions with the US-based team, facilitating application updates and testing efforts which include interactions with senior leadership such as Directors, Associate Vice Presidents, and Vice Presidents.
• Conduct and lead meetings with global leadership groups to align on project and process objectives.
• Apply strong analytical capabilities to assess and format data according to specified criteria.
• Demonstrate proficient business communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Adhere to existing processes and procedures, and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of software testing principles is advantageous.
