Associate Leadership & Customer Experience Facilitator

About the Role

The BCJ Group is expanding its network of bilingual (Arabic-English) facilitators across the UAE and GCC. We seek dynamic professionals who can inspire and engage audiences through impactful learning sessions focused on leadership development, customer experience, organizational effectiveness, and behavioral skills training. This opportunity involves project-based consulting engagements rather than permanent full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging workshops both in-person and virtually in Arabic and English.
• Deliver powerful learning experiences designed to enhance leadership, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Utilize storytelling, discussions, coaching, and experiential methods to bring training content to life.
• Customize training materials culturally without compromising learning objectives.
• Work with diverse groups from frontline employees to executive leaders.
• Collaborate directly with clients to promote measurable improvements in organizational and customer outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest ongoing improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience facilitating leadership development, customer experience, behavioral skills training, coaching, or organizational development sessions.
• Ability to engage confidently with audiences at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
• Skill in tailoring facilitation approaches to fit varying cultural and audience needs.
• Capability to create a psychologically safe environment encouraging growth and open dialogue.
• Quickly establish trust, credibility, and active engagement among participants.
• Residency in UAE or extensive experience working within the GCC region.
