Associate - Investor Relations

About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Associate to join the Investor Relations team to support a rapidly expanding client base. This position engages with a diverse array of clients in a dynamic, cooperative, and entrepreneurial setting. The Investor Relations team supports investors, financial advisors, and internal personnel by assisting with investments on iCapital's proprietary technology platform. They also collaborate closely with fund sponsors distributing through the iCapital platform. The primary objective is to enhance user experience and ensure clients achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage dedicated client accounts, collaborating with internal relationship managers to address client needs and goals.
• Deliver continuous client support, responding promptly and accurately to diverse inquiries to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Assist prominent fund managers in their fundraising initiatives by guiding clients through the subscription process and managing fund closings with a focus on achieving positive client results.
• Work alongside the Technology team to improve the user experience by contributing to enhancements of the company's proprietary platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 to 6+ years' experience in financial services, particularly client service or investor relations within alternative investments.
• Capacity to manage incoming phone queue during business hours from 8:30 AM to 6 PM EST.
• Experience engaging with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under stress.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking ability and capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from 80000 to 110000 USD annually. The compensation package includes base salary, equity participation for all full-time staff, and an annual performance-based bonus. Work Schedule

This role requires working onsite at the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
