About the Role
This opportunity is offered by a partner company looking to hire an Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership and business units to bolster manager effectiveness and enhance employee experiences.
- Support processes related to performance management, talent assessment, calibration, and employee interactions.
- Contribute to organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and managing change.
- Drive employee engagement activities, including conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and planning appropriate actions.
- Identify trends impacting employee experience through various listening mechanisms like focus groups and pulse surveys.
- Work with managers to develop actionable team improvement strategies based on employee data.
- Manage talent-related programs such as career development, succession planning, and promotions to foster employee growth.
- Create and update resources and tools that assist managers in addressing workforce challenges effectively.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, coaching, and improving performance strategies.
- Analyze workforce data on engagement, retention, and organizational health, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare leadership-level reports and presentations to facilitate informed executive decisions.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 3 and 6+ years of professional experience in HR, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or related HR Business Partner roles.
- Proven ability to partner with management on performance, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- Strong skills in project and program management with proven multitasking capability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving aptitude to convert data into actionable insights.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-evolving work environment.
- Experience in organizational development and workforce planning is advantageous.
- Ability to establish trustful relationships with employees and leaders across various levels.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in high-growth technology firms.
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive employee information.
