Our client is a prominent multi-family office based in Dubai, managing extensive global investments across various asset categories for families in the GCC. The organization is dedicated to upholding ethical principles, employing thorough long-term strategic asset allocation and investing capital with top-tier managers worldwide.

Position Overview

The role focuses on ensuring precise portfolio performance tracking through comprehensive reporting and insightful analysis for stakeholders, encompassing both private and public market assets. It involves enhancing risk and return reports, collaborating with operations to address discrepancies related to pricing, derivatives, corporate actions, transfers, and cash flow. The position also supports the creation and execution of policies and procedures aimed at mitigating operational risks.

Additional duties include conducting risk reporting and analysis, teaming with IT to upgrade performance systems and data delivery, innovating risk metrics and methodologies, contributing to fund due diligence by evaluating performance, risk, and peer benchmarks, and monitoring portfolio risk exposures with budget allocation per asset class.

Candidate Profile

• Academic background in statistics or finance, ideally holding CFA or CPA credentials.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Visual Basic, Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis relating to performance and risk metrics.
• Well-versed in the dynamics of public and private markets.
• Highly detail-focused, quick learners with a strong drive and capability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to simplify complex information for presentations.
