Associate Creative Technician (m/f/d)

This position is centered on practical creative work, including vinyl plotting, installation support, and hands-on assistance for branding and experiential projects. Key Responsibilities

• Run and maintain vinyl plotting equipment, including software operation, basic upkeep, foil preparation, inventory control, storage, and preparation of print/plot files for accurate production.
• Support vinyl installation work and develop the practical skills needed to deliver high-quality results that meet the company’s standards.
• Contribute to creative projects with hands-on support such as graffiti art, equipment coordination and booking, installation tasks, and collection of materials.
• Work independently in a dynamic setting, using practical problem-solving to keep creative assignments moving forward.

Requirements

• Previous machine operation experience is helpful, though not mandatory.
• Some familiarity with design file handling and machine software is useful; experience with tools such as Adobe Suite or similar applications is an advantage.
• You should learn quickly, adapt easily, and bring a proactive, can-do mindset to daily tasks.
• English fluency is required.
• German language ability is welcomed but not essential.
• No formal degree is needed; practical ability, creativity, and willingness to learn are valued more highly.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Grünheide, Brandenburg, Germany. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and direct contribution to creative output.
