About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess enterprise-level technical services utilizing innovative technologies and optimized processes.
- Manage end-to-end delivery, resolving complex compliance accounting and tax challenges to achieve client satisfaction.
- Provide oversight and review of annual financial statements prepared by junior staff, ensuring adherence to accounting and tax standards.
- Engage in preparation of complex group financial engagements when necessary.
- Guide junior team members in prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Foster a culture of high performance through innovative approaches in technical accounting.
- Mentor and coach team members, identifying developmental needs.
- Recognize and pursue business development opportunities, cultivating key client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum four years of professional experience in accounting compliance.
- Membership with CA ANZ, CPA, or equivalent international professional accounting body.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and accounting software.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior colleagues.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with solid analytical skills.
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
- A client-focused and professional work ethic.
