Assistant Manager / Manager - AI Agent Development

Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager specialized in AI agent development to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation, deployment, and management of advanced AI agents using state-of-the-art Python frameworks and technologies, driving innovation in autonomous agent workflows and scalable backend AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch AI agents leveraging Python alongside modern agentic frameworks including LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Haystack, or proprietary solutions.
• Architect and realize Agent-to-Agent (A2A) workflows, facilitating autonomous collaboration, reasoning, negotiation, and task completion among agents.
• Fine-tune, assess, and integrate Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, and other foundation architectures.
• Construct and oversee retrieval-augmented systems utilizing vector databases, knowledge graphs, embeddings, and mechanisms for long-term memory retention.
• Create scalable backend infrastructures to support AI workloads using FastAPI, Flask, containerization with Docker, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Incorporate external tools and services including APIs, databases, workflow engines, and customized toolchains to enhance agent capabilities.
• Optimize AI model inference focusing on performance metrics such as latency, throughput, and cost-effectiveness tailored to various deployment environments.
• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and research teams to transition agentic AI features from concepts through to development and production.
