Role and Responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering efforts to enhance production efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization across manufacturing lines.
• Conduct time measurement studies, balance production lines, and optimize manpower to reach targeted output and operational effectiveness.
• Design and refine layouts, workflows, and material handling to facilitate smooth manufacturing processes.
• Support the introduction of new products by establishing process flows, cycle times, and line configurations.
• Drive continuous improvement programs aimed at waste reduction, cycle time shortening, and lowering operational costs.
• Analyze production metrics and key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and implement process upgrades.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to enhance line performance and yield.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives aligned with smart manufacturing practices.
• Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation for manufacturing activities.
• Provide training and mentorship to engineering and production teams on industrial engineering best practices.
