About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland, supporting the Retail Branch Manager to ensure customers remain at the core of every operation. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high store standards in collaboration with the Branch Manager, overseeing smooth operations from the front of house to the warehouse.
• Lead by example to motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage store operations including budgeting, staff scheduling (rotas), payroll, profit and loss analysis, stock management, and initiatives to improve profitability.
