About the Role

We seek an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee the financial activities of our manufacturing site located in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. This position involves comprehensive cost management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls to support the factory’s fiscal health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost control initiatives by analyzing production expenses, monitoring variances, and managing adherence to budgets totaling around Rs 190 Crores annually across 15 production sites.
• Serve as a Finance Business Partner responsible for forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and reporting while ensuring compliance with statutory audits and facilitating cost actualization and payments.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls concerning inventory management, asset tracking, gate access, and segregation of duties to uphold audit preparedness.
• Collaborate with operations to identify efficiency enhancements, monitor key performance indicators, and drive cost-saving projects without compromising safety or quality.
• Utilize digital tools such as SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Engage with supply chain, procurement, and central finance teams to synchronize factory performance with broader business goals and identify optimization prospects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA degree holder with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
