About Eden Academy Salisbury Heights
Join the founding team at Eden Academy Salisbury Heights, a newly established child care service in Australia. Our centre has the capacity for 118 children and operates from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The facilities feature natural play areas, spacious rooms with ample daylight, and thoughtfully designed resources to promote child development and learning in a nurturing environment.
Role Overview
We are seeking two committed Certificate III Educators passionate about fostering meaningful learning opportunities and forming strong connections with children, families, and colleagues. As part of our team, you will be valued and supported to thrive in your career while contributing to a child safe organisation focused on the wellbeing and empowerment of all children.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.
- Possess a current Working with Children Check and legal Australian working rights.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards.
- Exhibit a warm, professional demeanor and a collaborative team-first attitude.
- Be available to work five days per week across various shifts.
- Provide two professional references, including at least one from a manager or supervisor within early childhood services.
