Role Overview
They are recruiting an Assistant Brand Manager to join their expanding Brand & Marketing team in Sydney. This role offers the chance to engage with premium brands and support innovative marketing campaigns, product launches, education projects, and brand growth strategies within the beauty and skincare professional market.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and execution of brand strategies.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, print, and in-clinic touchpoints.
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and advertising efforts.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Support content development, website maintenance, and production of marketing materials.
- Facilitate education and training programs with internal teams.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Help manage events, conferences, trade shows, and marketing administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Based in Sydney with at least 2 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or equivalent roles.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical mindset able to interpret data into actionable recommendations.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Adopts a positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to tasks.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, health, retail, or cosmeceuticals sectors.
- Background in launching products and managing integrated marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, email marketing, and social media management platforms.
- Academic qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related areas.
