Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Art and Craft Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on assistance during workshops and creative events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role involves supporting events like birthday parties and camps, managing bookings, and maintaining organization within the studio space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist instructors during workshops and creative sessions.
• Prepare necessary materials and setup workstations before workshops.
• Support various events including birthday parties, special occasions, camps, and holiday programs.
• Manage bookings and customer registrations effectively.
• Clearly communicate workshop information such as schedules, pricing, and details to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customers and attendance.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout operating hours.
• Arrange furniture and workshop areas as needed for different sessions.
• Organize shelves, storage spaces, and ensure supplies are in order.
• Ensure all workshops have the required materials prepared ahead of time.
• Maintain comprehensive records of art and craft inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management when replenishment is necessary.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 10,000 to 30,000 INR.
