Role Overview
We are seeking a new trainee scaffolder (m/f/d) to join our Dormagen location starting August 1, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to assemble, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures under guidance from skilled professionals.
- Acquire skills in planning and drafting diverse scaffolding configurations.
- Gain practical knowledge in the maintenance, storage, and transportation of scaffolding materials.
- Understand and apply strict safety standards to ensure secure and careful operations.
- Participate in vocational school and inter-company block training sessions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least a good secondary school completion certificate.
- Enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for erecting scaffolding and specialized constructions for bridges and buildings.
- Be physically robust and resistant to various weather conditions.
- Demonstrate teamwork skills and ambition for growth.
