Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across various community spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their work, and be capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry and garbage rooms, amenity spaces, and other shared areas.
• Perform cleaning tasks on vacant suites and conduct suite touch-ups.
• Manage interior and exterior garbage collection and disposal.
• Assist with seasonal duties such as snow removal and painting touch-ups as needed.
• Oversee accurate inventory tracking of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is functioning and properly maintained.
• Support other locations with tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning roles.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with technology is advantageous.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 90 kilograms with appropriate equipment for up to eight hours.
• Positive attitude with enthusiasm and strong customer service commitment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
