Job Overview
This position is part of the People Analytics team and plays an essential role in enabling data-driven talent decisions across the company. The analyst will utilize strong analytical abilities and focus on detail to manage and interpret complex Human Capital Management (HCM) datasets, transforming them into practical insights for senior leadership such as Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, and the Executive Office. Working alongside senior team members, this role offers learning opportunities in workforce planning and optimization by providing analytical support to the wider HCM department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven assistance to senior colleagues in collaborating with key stakeholders including Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, and the Executive Office.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of HCM data related to talent management processes such as performance ratings, promotions, talent reviews, and compensation to detect trends, patterns, and inconsistencies.
- Support the creation and refinement of visual presentations, reports, and dashboards that help convey insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Offer analytics and reporting support throughout different phases of the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit interviews.
- Partner closely with HCM teams, Executive Office, and Real Estate to sustain tools that improve talent management, capacity planning, and resource distribution.
- Assist with the ongoing upkeep, validation, and enhancement of HCM reporting dashboards and technology.
- Help coordinate headcount metrics and forecasting to aid capacity planning, location strategies, and budgeting exercises.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Possess 1 to 3 years of analytical experience in fields such as data analysis, finance, HR analytics, or consulting.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline like Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset capable of cleaning, organizing, and scrutinizing sizable datasets.
- Exhibit effective communication and presentation capabilities to clearly articulate data insights.
- Skilled in data analysis tools, especially advanced Excel functionalities (formulas, pivot tables) and introductory SQL or equivalent querying languages.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and experience handling relevant datasets is advantageous.
- Interest or initial exposure to domains such as compensation and reward analytics, executive remuneration, or regulatory reporting is a plus.
- Possess keen organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple assignments meeting deadlines.
- Display strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional groups.
