Analyst - Accounting

Overview

This role involves managing core accounting functions and ensuring financial compliance for a dynamic organization. The position entails detailed bookkeeping, handling taxes such as TDS and GST, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial reporting and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage accounting tasks in a high-volume marketplace environment.
• Conduct ecommerce and market place reconciliations and regular bookkeeping activities.
• Handle TDS and GST filings aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Use accounting software, including Tally, to maintain transactional records and cash flow management.
• Prepare general accounting documents such as balance sheets and budgets.
• Manage accounts payable processes and vendor reconciliation.
• Maintain effective vendor relations and client interactions.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in any specialization is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with Tally software and advanced Excel for MIS reporting.
• Experience with GST, TDS, and bookkeeping in e-commerce setups preferred.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is between 300,000 and 600,000 INR per annum. Candidates should possess a strong accounting background and the ability to efficiently manage vendor and client communications in a busy environment.
