Role Overview

The Alliances Manager focusing on Oracle is a full-time remote position tasked with developing and overseeing strategic partnerships within the Oracle ecosystem. Core responsibilities include identifying and nurturing alliances with Oracle itself, system integrators, and complementary tech providers to broaden the market footprint of Newer Mind Solutions.

Key Duties

• Design and implement collaborative business plans and joint market initiatives.
• Coordinate go-to-market campaigns and monitor relevant pipeline and partner performance metrics.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments (sales, marketing, delivery, leadership) and alliance partners to foster partnership success.
• Represent the organization at partner-related events and negotiate contractual terms.
• Continuously evaluate market trends to optimize alliance strategies and drive growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in establishing and managing strategic business alliances within the IT ecosystem.
• Experience crafting joint growth strategies and partner channel planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
• Familiarity with Oracle technologies and partner networks; knowledge of ERP and cloud platforms like Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 considered advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in alliance or partner management in IT services or enterprise software sectors.
• Advanced analytical aptitude coupled with strong negotiation skills for partnership assessments and performance management.
• Capability to operate efficiently in a remote setting and coordinate across diverse teams while juggling multiple projects.
• Academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a relevant discipline; practical experience may be accepted as an alternative.
