About the Role
Meta is searching for a skilled Administrative Partner to support multiple leaders within their data center operations. This role demands exceptional organizational ability to manage complex calendars, arrange detailed travel plans, and handle diverse administrative responsibilities. Effective communication and the capacity to establish strong relationships with data center teams are essential. The position is full-time with hybrid work flexibility, allowing remote work up to two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings for up to three data center leaders.
- Manage busy and intricate calendars efficiently.
- Conduct site meetings by preparing agendas, tracking action items, and taking detailed notes.
- Assist in organizing and structuring leadership visits to the data center site.
- Prepare accurate expense reports and handle purchase requisitions.
- Arrange travel plans and bookings.
- Organize space planning, strategic offsite events, and team-wide meetings.
- Plan and implement team engagement activities.
- Foster cross-functional relationships across teams.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador for the local data center.
- Engage actively within the global data center administrative community.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing travel logistics for one or more executives.
- Minimum of 3 years experience handling calendar and expense report management for one or more executives.
- Able to prioritize and balance competing demands effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in planning and coordinating events.
- Ability to collaborate closely with other administrative professionals and cross-functional partners.
- Track record of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in professional settings.
- Skillful at prioritizing multiple assignments swiftly and adapting to change.
- Capacity to multitask and pivot responsibilities with agility.
- Demonstrated use of artificial intelligence tools to optimize workflows and achieve measurable improvements.
- Understanding and application of responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation.
- Continuous development in AI skills such as prompt engineering and agent orchestration, staying updated on emerging technologies.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $86,091 to $118,310, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits. Exact compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The salary details represent base pay and exclude incentives. Meta offers a competitive benefits package.
