About the Role
We are seeking a diligent Administrative Coordinator to efficiently manage a range of administrative functions. This role involves managing complex appointment calendars, preparing expense reports, drafting correspondence, organizing travel itineraries and agendas, and compiling documentation for meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inquiries directed toward the executive office, decide appropriate actions, and delegate tasks to respective team members.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, assemble presentation materials, and record meeting minutes on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Review all projects and assignments to provide summarized reports to the Managing Director to support informed business decision-making.
- Facilitate effective communication between the executive office and various departments, demonstrating leadership and empathy to build trust and collaboration among staff.
- Review and finalize drafts of written communications to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Conduct research, prioritize issues and follow up on sensitive or confidential matters addressed to the Managing Director.
- Manage conflicting priorities proactively within the scope of responsibilities.
- Create, edit, and maintain reports and presentation documents.
- Apply discretion and sound judgment on significant matters impacting management activities.
Additional Information
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from 12000 to 18000 INR.
