Role Overview

We seek an energetic and imaginative Activities Attendant to enhance our guests' stay by delivering extraordinary children's activities. This outdoor-facing position involves facilitating games, crafts, trivia, and adventures that engage kids and their families, supporting a warm and lively atmosphere throughout the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage VIK (Very Important Kids) Club activities designed for children and their families.
• Ensure the environment is safe, inviting, and enjoyable for child guests.
• Organize and facilitate a variety of games and experiences including beach activities, crafts, trivia sessions, mini-golf, and bike tours.
• Assist and provide support during water-based activities with strong attention to guest safety.
• Manage equipment rentals such as kayaks, catamarans, and bicycles for guests.
• Engage with guests to create pleasant and memorable interactions.
• Maintain the upkeep, cleanliness, and presentation of the Activities areas daily.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a lively, approachable, and outgoing demeanor.
• Genuine passion for working with children and delivering memorable holiday experiences.
• Confident interacting with guests of all ages, especially families.
• Previous experience in childcare, recreational activities, camps, education, entertainment, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Ability to work physically outdoors and remain active during the day.
• Current or willingness to acquire a Working with Children Blue Card.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are beneficial or candidates willing to obtain them are welcome.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and school holiday periods.
