Job Overview
Aerol Formulations Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage various accounting tasks including sales data processing, GST compliance, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting. This role is based at Delhi-NCR and involves supporting both internal and external audits to maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile monthly sales data and record entries accurately in BUSY software covering B2B, B2C sales, and stock transfers.
- Prepare GSTR-1 returns and assist in ensuring GST compliance for the organization.
- Conduct reconciliations of GST-related items, stock, and e-commerce accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Generate electronic invoices and troubleshoot any invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements to assess financial performance.
- Calculate TDS and post TCS transactions diligently.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise accounting records along with periodic reports.
- Facilitate internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and information.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree or an equivalent qualification in commerce or accounting.
- Have a professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in accounting roles.
- Proficient in using BUSY Accounting Software for financial data management.
- Strong knowledge of GST regulations, TDS computations, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Effective communication abilities coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 and 26,000 INR. Candidates should be prepared to work onsite at the Delhi-NCR location.
