Accountant - Private Equity

Position Overview

A private equity firm in Riyadh is recruiting a Fund Accountant to assist the CFO during a phase of business expansion. Key Duties

• Provide comprehensive support to the CFO in fund administration and accounting functions
• Ensure precise maintenance of financial records related to private equity fund entities
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reporting for investors
• Assist in managing capital call and distribution activities
• Participate in net asset value (NAV) computations and fund performance analyses
• Support audit readiness and collaborate with external auditors
• Engage in developing and enhancing fund accounting procedures as the firm expands

Required Experience and Skills

• Demonstrable background in fund accounting or fund administration, preferably within private equity
• Strong grasp of private equity fund structures alongside relevant accounting standards
• Experience in supporting senior financial executives, including CFOs
• Capability to work efficiently in a growing, lean team
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
