Account Manager - Client Success

This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner company actively seeking an Account Manager - Client Success located in the United States. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of client accounts, fostering durable partnerships and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
• Oversee daily client activities by coordinating program operations and ensuring smooth delivery of services involving internal teams.
• Prepare and present detailed quarterly and annual business reviews highlighting program performance, usage trends, financial outcomes, and strategic insights.
• Continuously monitor client satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and collaborate across departments to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Pinpoint opportunities to enhance customer value via proactive suggestions, account growth efforts, and client education.
• Represent client interests internally by collecting feedback and driving product, service, and experience improvements.
• Measure key performance indicators, multitask across various projects, and contribute to wider Customer Success strategies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years' experience in benefits consulting, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare, or a similarly client-focused sector is required.
• Demonstrated success in account management, customer success, or client relationship roles, particularly with proven ability to sustain and grow client accounts.
• Strong project management acumen paired with expert organizational skills to juggle multiple deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills combined with a proactive and solution-focused outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities, including experience delivering business reviews and performance data to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a relevant field.
• Willingness and availability to travel as needed to support client engagements and organizational goals.

• Annual base salary ranging from $80,000 to $85,000.
