Access Officer

About the Role

Circet Ireland's Power Division is seeking a skilled Access Officer familiar with overhead lines, civil works, and cabling tasks relating to power infrastructure construction and maintenance. This position involves site visits to secure third-party land access for staff and equipment, assessing asset and route conditions, and active liaison with landowners throughout the project duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Review network diagrams proficiently.
• Evaluate access routes suitable for various plant and machinery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions with landowners.
• Photograph access routes prior to commencement of work.
• Complete necessary documentation such as job sheets and preliminary risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments with a strong emphasis on health and safety compliance.
• Utilize handheld electronic devices and applications effectively.
• Manage company assets and equipment assigned for duty performance responsibly.
• Maintain professionalism and respect in dealings with both internal and external customers.
• Ensure strict adherence to client processes and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Hold a full driving license with at least one year of verified driving experience.
